AgentOne AI provides done-for-you business systems for local service businesses. Depending on the plan you purchase, these may include website design and hosting, AI-powered chat and voice assistants that answer inbound calls and messages, missed-call text-back, outbound calling to leads and past customers, appointment booking and reminders, customer relationship management, text and email automation, quote and estimate follow-up, review requests and reputation management, social media content and graphics, content calendar and scheduling, and related setup, service, and support.

The specific services included in your engagement are those described in the plan or proposal you purchase. Plans, and the features included in each plan, may change over time; the features in effect for you are those described in your service agreement or the plan you purchased.

2. Eligibility & Business Use

Our website and services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of themselves or their business.

3. Demonstrations

Portions of our website, and certain linked websites, are live demonstrations of our systems. Demonstration businesses, names, conversations, pipeline activity, and calculator outputs are illustrative examples only and do not represent actual customers or actual results.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, number of leads, customers, appointments, or reviews. Any figures, examples, simulations, or calculator estimates shown on our website are for illustration only, are based on assumptions or inputs you provide, and actual results vary significantly depending on your business, market, effort, and other factors outside our control.

5. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

• Our services are offered as monthly subscriptions, which may include a one-time setup fee, at the prices presented at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with notice; changes do not apply retroactively to fees already paid.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel as described in your service agreement; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Setup fees compensate work performed at the start of your engagement and are non-refundable once that work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend services until payment is resolved.
• On cancellation, ongoing services stop at the end of the paid period. This includes automated follow-up, review requests, call handling, and content publishing. Ownership of any deliverables is as described in your service agreement.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information about your business and keep it updated.
• Review and approve materials we prepare for your business before or promptly after launch, including any content published on your behalf.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes, and comply with laws applicable to your own business and your communications with your own customers, including telemarketing, text messaging, and privacy laws.
• Obtain any consents required from your own customers for communications sent on your behalf through the systems we build for you, including calls, texts, and review requests.

7. Communications & AI Assistants

By providing your contact information and the consents requested on our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email regarding your inquiry and, where you have opted in, for marketing purposes. Calls, texts, and chats — inbound or outbound — may be initiated or handled by automated technology or an AI-powered assistant, and may be recorded or transcribed. 8. AgentOne AI SMS Messaging Program

When you opt in, AgentOne AI may send recurring text messages related to your inquiry, appointments, services, and customer support. When you separately provide marketing consent, messages may also include service information, special offers, promotions, and business automation updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to +1 (727) 591-7096. After receiving STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send text messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit one of our website forms again and select the appropriate SMS consent option.

Our services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including software platforms, telephone and messaging carriers, review and social media platforms, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or failures of third-party services, or for changes to their policies that affect the services, though we will make reasonable efforts to work around them.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse our website or services, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to them, using them to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, or infringing the rights of others. You may not use the services to solicit or incentivize false or misleading reviews. We may suspend or terminate services for violations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentOne AI and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from your own business's communications with its customers.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
